“ This is my go to spot when I'm craving birria tacos. I've been coming here for a few years and I am never disappointed. The tacos are loaded with meat, flavorful and so filling. I recently catered for a graduation party. It was a challenge trying to find catering for this specific cuisine. I was relieved when the owner answered "yes" when I inquired. From my research this is the only restaurant that offers options for guests. My package included: mulitas, quesatacos, mini quesadillas 2 Agua frescas Rice and beans I was very satisfied with the package options because of the variety, price, quality and full meal offered for my guests. The owner Freddy is AMAZING! He is very communicative and responsive. He even gave me his personal number to provide ease for direct communication. When communicating he feels like a longtime friend haha. Catering day: Staff arrived 2 hours early for setup which included a grill, serving trays and tables (which made the process convenient). In addition, I was very surprised and happy when I witnessed the staff preparing mini consomes to pair with food (I was not anticipating that because other restaurants charge extra or do not offer) !!! As we all know consome is required for the full birria experience! Shortly after the occasion, my phone was blowing up with guests asking where the tacos were from. A few guests returned to the restaurant and ate 2 days in a row! Lol Wish I was able to get photos of the meal preparation but we were all occupied with stuffing our faces. They have many options for sauces without tacos as well along with the consume. Prices are great!! The people at the truck are so nice and provide such a nice environment! 10/10 must come here and will be coming again! ”
